The Brief

Liz Earle wanted Dine to design a bespoke menu, using the natural ingredients found in the their products, and then wow 80 specially invited guests!

The Evening

We only had 45 minutes to set-up and smuggle our chef team into the basement to start preparing canapes before guests arrived.

Everything ran to scheduled and guests were greeted with a glass of Prosecco served on bespoke perspex trays. There was a good flow of people as the fantastic Liz Earle team encouraged guests to check out the stunning new treatment rooms available (visit webpage)
