A Wedding at Home

This private wedding client has used our services before and teamed us up with an existing Marquee supplier and florist to provide the planning, food and service for the day. Dine always arrives on-site at least two days before a marquee event, to install the initial equipment and mobile kitchens, perform a full power check and begin the set-up process. The Day before sees a full team leader briefing, together with a painstaking and exacting set-up of the bars, cloakrooms, terraces and the dining area. The final day a full staff briefing and dress rehearsal for all staff involved.

What our Client Said:

"...thankyou so much for making our day go smoothly...the catering...was magnificent. You took all the pressure from us, which is what is required. You have had, along with your team, so many compliments, which are so deserved".

This family placed great emphasis on the food and our chefs team rose to the occasion accordingly:

All the details were fine-tuned at our customary tasting, together with details for the type of china (this client went for our Villeroy & Boch square plates), together with the type of silverware, glassware and linen. Even down to the finest detail – does the Napkin need tying with a wired Bow or maybe just enhanced with some aromatic Rosemary & Lavender ?
