York Minster is the largest Medieval Gothic cathedral north of the Alps. Built between the 12th and the 15th Century York Minster has the widest Gothic nave in England giving it a fantastic potential for spectacular events.
The ribbed wooden roof is truly a masterpiece of medieval architecture and the 76-foot tall Great East Window, created in the early fifteenth century, is the largest example of medieval stained glass in the world.
