Beningbrough Hall York

York's 'country house and garden'; this imposing Georgian mansion was built in 1716 and contains one of the most impressive baroque interiors in England. Exceptional wood carving, an unusual central corridor running the full length of the house, and over 100 pictures on loan from the National Portrait Gallery can be found inside. There is also a fully equipped Victorian laundry and delightful walled garden.

Beningbrough is ideal for a variety of events, having a Marquee site within the walled Garden. Availability for these sites depends on the programme of events at the Hall.
