SETTING THE SCENE
When the Birthday Boy loves ski-ing and wants a top act to provide the entertainment, we just knew that a Winter Wonderland was the perfect theme!
THE NIGHT
Friends were met by two snow machines generating proper snow on arrival and had to then find their way through a chilly ice maze, complete with Yetties before earning a drink in the Arctic Forest. Whilst moving trees startled the unsuspecting, some guests took time to record a video message in the specially equipped igloo. When dinner was called, everyone made their way up the steps of the ice palace to be greeted with the dazzling interior, lined with crystal curtains and beautiful long tables which were adorned with orchids, hundreds of candles and crystals.
The meal proved to be very popular and was finished off with an ice cream buffet and three chocolate fountains and when the time for dancing came, guests were dragged away from the ice bar by their friends to see the end of the ice palace move to reveal a stage and a famous band behind!
Dine’s video crew recorded the whole evening and texted a link to guests’ mobiles so that they could enjoy images and a brief video from the event as they left. For this event, Dine worked from concept to completion with the client and organized every element, incuding the theming, procuring the famous act, transport, security, floristry, theming, lighting, videography, food and service.
