Guests then enter under Hangman’s Tree into Never Never Land, where the following buffets await them:
The Pirate's Galleon:
A large boat, laden with crushed ice, oysters, smoked salmon, lobster and crab: (adorned with a tattered sail & pirate’s skull & Cross bones). Staff at this buffet are in Pirates' costumes.
Beetroot Marinated Gravadlax
Poached Lobster Hollandaise
Oysters (Opened freshly in front of the guests)
Smoked Salmon With dishes of chopped egg, diced Capers and Onion Salt Lemons wrapped in pirates' headscarves
Lime Wedges
Salad of Watercress & Citrus Fruit Raspberry & Balsamic Dressing

The Status Quo in never never land:
Peter Pan lives in Never Land, which is characterised by battles between the Lost Boys (who live in hangman’s tree) and the pirates, Led by Captain Hook and the Red Indians, presided over by Princess Tiger Lilly. Captain Hook decides to kidnap Tiger Lilly, knowing that Peter Pan will rescue her, giving Hook his chance to capture Peter Pan at last.
The Red Indian Buffet:
Guests approach the Red Indian Buffet and are greeted by friendly squaws. A totem pole towers over the buffet and sound effects of ‘cowboy & indians’ complete the atmosphere.
Buffalo Steaks Marinated in Seasoned olive oil & ‘cooked’ in front of the guests (vegetarian buffalo steaks in Lemon & Black pepper breadcrumbs are also available)
Bean Hot Pot Full of white beans, red kidney beans, pulses & rice. Finished with a mild chilli, tomato & rosemary sauce
Campfire Leg of Lamb Boned Rolled Leg of Lamb, barbecued for flavour Studded with Ginger, Rosemary & Garlic Glazed with Redcurrant & A hint of chilli & cumin
Chargrilled Corn on the Cob
Black Wild Rice
Sweet Potato, Yukon & Onion ‘Hash’
Tinkerbell's Treats:
With a sprinkling of Fairy Dust and a change in the landscape to silver with giant leaves and doorways, guests enter Tinkerbell’s lair, where the helpers are adorned in silver with wings and elvish giggles greet them from around the corner…
The buffet is made up of Perspex with black linen to the floor. Lights twinkle under the Perspex and dry ice flows around, the centre of the buffet has a silver tree complete with fairy lights and lanterns to complete the magical feel:
