Iconic Office Launch: Leeds

Dine were asked to provide canapés and champagne for the opening of an iconic new building in Leeds. Dine’s Event Manager worked with the client and our Executive Chef to create a stunning canapé menu to match the lofty aspirations of the location.

300 VIP guests and media contacts arrived in the building’s magnificent atrium and were greeted by Dine’s professional service team. Glasses of champagne from Dine’s purpose built circular back-lit bar, and occasional tables dresses in dramatic black with twinkling glass nightlights were arranged around the room. Dine’s range of spectacular canapé dishes and displayware added a dramatic element to the evening, with sushi served on a bed of banana leaves and orchids and sashimi presented on glass boxes lit with colour changing lights.

As tours of the building began Dine’s bar team continued to serve a selection of wines and beers throughout the evening.
