Gala Dinner and Party: Bramham Park 

Dine were brought in by a top performance improvement agency to help create a gala dinner and party for their client and 500 guests.

Two bespoke marquees were erected in the heart of Bramham Park estate, with magnificent views towards the house and formal gardens. Window walls to two sides allowed guests to fully appreciate the splendid surroundings. Guests arrived by coach and were directed to the Reception marquee where Pimms, Beers and soft drinks were served by the Dine team. A magician, fortune teller, fire breather and caricaturist circulated amongst the crowds, providing the perfect ice breaker to the evening.

Guests were then ushered along a covered walkway to the dining marquee, an amazing structure with windows along three walls and dramatic blacked out ceiling. Dine’s professional service team served a magnificent dinner of:

The table artists continued to entertain guests throughout the meal. Wine, beer and soft drinks flowed freely as the sun set over the idyllic Bramham Park setting.

Once guests were replete they were directed out of the marquee to the lawns where a traditional Fairground, including Ferris Wheel, Dodgems, Carousel and of course a coconut shy was available to entertain. In the reception tent a live band was on hand for those wishing to dance the night away.

As the partying continued a fleet of coaches was on hand to whisk the partygoers away to recover from a truly outstanding evening.
