We are fortunate to get so many thank you cards across the group, we're amazed in this day and age how many people will sit down and write us a really thoughtful card or letter. We've included a small selection below and you'll also see different ones appear in our testimonials boxes across the website. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to write to us.

It's now Monday morning after our very successful event on Saturday evening and the whole office is still on a high.  We have also now lost count of the number of people that have complemented the incredible high standard of food, service, venue decor and the overall event presentation at The Mansion.

Without a doubt the whole event was an outstanding success because of the quality that you and the team delivered to us from day one.  You made the whole event planning process so seamless and your attention to detail was second to none.

Our guests have found about every positive superlative there is in the dictionary to describe the party and weekend overall. Definitely the reception that others will strive to better, though I would venture possibly the best of 2011. We will see!?

THANK YOU so much for making Friday night incredible. We’ve had so much amazing feedback, including Neil (our CEO) who’s emailed the entire UK team to say this was the best party yet – all thanks to your attention to detail.  The room looked fantastic, the theme was perfect, the food tasted tremendous, the lighting, music, tables…everything came together to make an amazing night.  

Calling you ‘suppliers’ doesn’t feel like it does you justice as you were so much more. You really owned the event, took complete responsibility for it and went to great lengths to make sure everyone’s experience was special. Please pass my thanks on to the rest of your team for all their efforts.

I would like to say a big thank you for everything you did for us.  We had a fantastic day and were very impressed by how professional the service was.  Many of our guests complemented the food and the service, a few engaged couples at the wedding were asking for your details! The day ran so smoothly, we couldn't have had a better day.  Everyone I have dealt with at Dine has been nothing but lovely.  A waitress came round in the evening and asked me to point out the gluten free guests, my friend was so touched by this as she frequently has problems being able to eat out with this allergy. Thank you again and I will be recommending your services very highly to friends.

I'm writing to express heart felt thanks to you and your colleagues for the part you played in what was, for me, a perfect day. Where to start; I will not quickly forget walking out of the ceremony to see what felt like an army of impeccably turned out waiters and waitresses lining the path out of the venue to distribute fizz, I felt then that I had picked the right caterers and the rest of the day only confirmed this view.

The food was delicious, for me the stand out dishes were:  the tomato soup, as good a tomato soup as I have tasted, a delicious start to the meal; and the creme brulee, in my eyes, a perfect example of what a creme brulle should be, rich, beautifully creamy with an incredibly delicate top.  I love it.  My favourite canape was the mini roast beef and Yorkshire pudding but they were all delicious, I was especially surprised by the goats cheese tartlet, I had stuck it in for the veggies but loved it, and had several.  People were genuinely shocked by how good the food was, you don't go to weddings expecting great food and that is what people got.

The service was fantastic, wine was distributed with military efficiency and a friendly smile, a rare combination.  The food arrived and left in one swoop of waiters and they all carried themselves with a great deal of poise.......................Many guests commented on the quality of the service, my favourite being one guest who asked if the serving staff knew us personally as he had simply mentioned to his wife he could use a glass of red and one of your colleagues had overhead and quickly brought him one.  That feels like a commendation.

The presentation of the food was also outstanding I've been lucky enough to eat in some nice restaurants and the food would not have looked out of place in any of them.  Guests couldn't believe this exquisite looking food was coming out of a kitchen that had been brought with you. I think this covers everything, I realise this is a little verbose but I wanted to capture everything.  All in all I think the Dine service was an absolute triumph, thank you very much indeed!
