Staff Summer Ball: Harewood House
This leading FTSE 100 company approached Dine to organise their staff summer ball in the grounds of Harewood House. Our Event Manager worked with the client to design a very special evening, including a custom built marquee and bespoke carpet in the corporate colours.
The 500 guests arrived in a fleet of coaches and were greeted in the reception area of the spectacular single-span marquee with Champagne Blush and Pimms. A 30-metre wall of windows allowed magnificent views over the Harewood estate. As the sun went down specially designed floodlighting to the marquee and surrounding trees gave a dramatic feel to the surroundings.
As dinner was announced, a wall of the marquee dropped to reveal the dining area decorated in the corporate colours. The tables were clothed in shades of purple and lilac, whilst impressive centre pieces of flowers in purple and cream added the finishing touch.

After dinner guests were called onto the polished wooden dance floor, complete with dramatic nightclub lighting, to dance the night away to the live band and disco. Two purpose built bars, backlit with ultraviolet served a full drinks selection throughout the night.
As the night drew in a fleet of coaches were on hand to whisk the weary revellers away after an unforgettable evening.
